Textbooks

Book Buyback Policy

Students are encouraged to sell their unwanted used textbooks at the end of each session.  Patty's pays up to half the selling price of the book if it is needed and going to be used next session.  If the book is not needed for the next session, we will still pay the national market value for the textbook.

Book Refund Policy

Any book purchased from Patty's University Bookstore, Inc., except a special order or sale book, may be returned for a full refund if the following guidelines are met:

1.  The book must be returned during week one of the present session.

2.  All new books must be returned in new condition.  No markings or damage of any kind.  For a refund on polywrapped books, the packages must be unopened.  Used books must be in salable condition.

3.  The book must have been purchased for the current term, purchased at the Fort Leonard Wood location, and our price tag must be intact.

4.  The sales slip must accompany all returned books.

5.  No cash refunds on charge cards or vouchers.  We will gladly credit your card or your voucher.

Payment Methods

Patty's gladly accepts cash, personal checks (with proper I.D.), MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.  We also accept pre-approved financial aid vouchers from Columbia College, Drury University, and Lincoln University.
